Leadership Credo

OUR GOAL: To become the FASTEST growing team in the company and eventually the industry. To provide the best FREE ongoing Team Support Systems available.
OUR MISSION: To promote honesty and integrity throughout our team and the entire company. To improve the condition in life of anyone who will grant us influence over them. To honor the ONE Line ONE Team ONE Vision concept.

Why do we work so hard to train and motivate our team? Here’s a quote from one of the grand daddy’s of motivation: Zig Zigler: “People often say, ‘Zig, motivation doesn’t last.’ And I say to them, ‘Bathing doesn’t either. That’s why I recommend it daily.''

CREDO: ALL of our Mandura All-Star leaders must agree to and complete the following Credo Commitment to be excepted as a leader on the All-Star Team. ANY leader who violates this Credo agrees to be removed from the All-Star leadership team and will not be allowed any leadership privileges for a period of ONE YEAR MINIMUM. As leaders we take the following Credo seriously and have a ZERO tolerance policy regarding its adherence. ALL Credo issues will be settled by the Board of All-Star Leaders.

As an All-Star Leader I agree to attend and promote the weekly and monthly team events to my group when every possible.
As an All-Star Leader I understand my All-Star Team membership is a privilege and not a right.
